Senior Information
**The Senior Academic Awards Ceremony will be held Thursday, May 17 at 6:30pm in the auditorium.
**Senior meetings will be held May 23 thru May 25 at 8:00am in the auditorium. Seniors MUST attend each day in order to walk at graduation.

Dress Code for Graduation 2012
Gentlemen must wear (no exceptions):
1. White-collared dress shirt and tie.
2. Dark dress pants (preferably black or navy). NO JEANS!
3. Dark socks (preferably black or navy).
4. Dress shoes (no sneakers, no sandals and no flip-flops).
5. Do not bring anything that needs to be carried into the arena with you (this
includes: cell phones, cameras and other electronic devices). There is no
storage available for personal items. You will NOT be allowed to return
to the setup area after the ceremony is finished.
6. There will be no body piercings of any kind.
7. Do not write on or decorate your caps.
Ladies must wear (no exceptions):
1. White dress (no patterns) - must be school appropriate. Dress may be
strapless or spaghetti straps. Must wear appropriate undergarments. Length of
dress must be school appropriate.
2. White dress shoes (no casual sandals/flip flops). Shoes may be
backless (remember that you will be walking up and down stairs along with
walking across the stage).
3. Do not bring anything that needs to be carried into the arena with you (this
includes: purses, flowers, cell phones, cameras and other electronic devices).

Dress Code Violations Will Require You to be Sent Home!!
PLATO IMPACT Lab
Starting March 6th the PLATO IMPACT Lab will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays
for 2 hours after school.
College Acceptance
When you have been accepted to a school, college or university, please bring a
copy of the acceptance letter to guidance.

Bright Futures/Financial Aid
Students may begin signing up for Bright Futures Scholarship on
December 1. The deadline to apply is April 1.

- To qualify for financial aid at most colleges, you must fill out a FASFA
(Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Click

- The Osceola Education Foundation is offering scholarship counseling for
students and their parents. The sessions are Tuesday at 5:30pm and 6:30pm at the

You must sign up in the Career Center before school, after school or at lunch in
order to attend.
